The technicians are very efficient. I work from home, and they always make me aware they are at the house. And that is after a courtesy phone call announcing their arrival (same day, the next day, etc). Upon arrival there is a knock on the front door, and if I am available to answer it, I am asked if there are any specific issues that need to be addressed. It seems as though the technicians sincerely want to meet, if not exceed, expectations. They are consistently friendly and timely. I have had no complaints with the level of service or effectiveness of the treatment.
